The short version. Cancel anytime. 14-day money-back guarantee on your first month; 30-day money-back guarantee on your first annual charge. After those windows, no refunds, but auto-renew can be turned off any time.
Inner Circle — Monthly ($49/mo)
- 14-day money-back guarantee on the first month’s charge. Within 14 days of your first charge, email refunds@sardineprotocol.com and we’ll process a full refund. No questions, no hoops.
- After 14 days: monthly cancel-anytime applies. Cancel and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rating; no refund of the already-paid month.

Inner Circle — Annual ($490/yr)
- 30-day money-back guarantee on the first annual charge. Within 30 days of your first annual charge, email refunds@sardineprotocol.com and we’ll process a full refund.
- After 30 days: the annual charge is non-refundable. You keep access for the full year you paid for. You can disable auto-renew at any time so you won’t be charged again next year.

Edge cases
- Medical or hardship reasons: if you need a refund outside the standard window for a genuine medical or financial-hardship reason, email us. We evaluate case by case and generally say yes.
- Removed for cause: if you are removed from the community for violating the rules (hate speech, MLM spam, etc.), refunds are pro-rated to the end of the current paid period.
- Inactivity: if you haven’t logged in to Skool for 60+ days, we will email you before the next renewal to confirm you want to keep your subscription active. If you don’t respond, we may pause auto-renew.
- Chargebacks: if your refund is eligible under this policy, we will not contest a chargeback. Just email us; refunds are easier than chargebacks for everyone.
How to request a refund
- Email refunds@sardineprotocol.com with the email address used to subscribe.
- Tell us briefly why — not because we’ll argue, but because we use the feedback to improve the product.
- We process refund-eligible requests within 1–3 business days. The refund hits your card 5–10 business days later, depending on your bank.
